Description of Services Provided:
Client housing consists of a service model wherein the WMMHC owns and acts as landlord for independent living arrangements developed in behalf of center adult clients in housing markets where housing options are expensive, inaccessible, or of unsuitable quality. This service model generally makes extensive use of both case management and CBR services as supports, enabling the client to remain independent and still linked with other community resources.
