Description of Services Provided:
This service provides for the comprehensive medical management of psychiatric illness. The team includes psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses. Physician services may include assessment, medication management, psychotherapy and coordination of other Mental Health Center services. Admission criteria for this service are that the client be in need of a psychiatric assessment and/or that the client be in need of symptom stabilization and on-going symptom management.
