This service supports children with emotional disturbance. The rehabilitation specialist works with the child to develop a care plan in cooperation with other involved professionals and the child’s case manager.  The specialist works with the child to support their progress at school and in the community to access and develop the skills, strengths and services needed for success. Rehabilitation specialists act as advocates to help children obtain necessary services and support and to deal with challenges.
