Position: Community-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist

Hours: Full-time w/benefits

Salary: $10.50/hr

Close Date: Open Until Filled

Job Summary: Provide rehabilitation skills training to children/youth diagnosed as being seriously emotionally disturbed as indicated in the treatment plan.  Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, training in interpersonal social skills, assisting parents/guardians with behavior management techniques, assisting children/youth with self-management and coping skills, recreational and leisure time management, and if appropriate, providing coaching to increase daily living and vocational skills.

Education/Experience: Education and experience equal to an Associate’s degree in a human service field.  Must have experience with special needs children/youth, as well as a basic understanding of emotional disturbance in children.  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.  Valid Montana driver’s license and auto insurance required.
