Residential Treatment for Mothers and their Children

Western Montana Mental Health Center offers a therapeutic structured environment for chemically-dependent mothers. Our homes are staffed 24/7 and provide support to women and their children through the mother's journey to recovery.

What We Treat

Substance Use

Western Montana Mental Health Center offers substance use treatment programs for mothers living in Montana.

Substance use treatment is for those struggling with alcohol, heroin, opiates, prescription drugs, methamphetamine, cocaine, and most other substances.

Treatment programs include an initial assessment, inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), residential housing, individual therapy, group therapy, and community support.

Our evidence-based treatment supports the parent-child relationship and is a critical part of treatment. The length of stay at our homes varies and is based on the women's treatment plan. The average length of stay is 9-12 months.
